The Volunteer Program Specialist will be committed to achieving the following results:
• Assesses volunteer needs of the community
• Perform volunteer recruitment and placement for Volunteer programs
• Interview and place volunteers in community assignments
• Provide information and support to volunteers
• Coordinate and monitor volunteer assignments
• Incorporate programming for impact and performance measurement principles
• Develop and maintain close coordination with volunteer stations
• Recruit Volunteer Stations throughout Oneida County
• Coordinate Volunteer Resource Center Volunteer Projects
• Coordinate volunteer transportation programs including Non-Emergency Medical and Member Transport.

Duties: Oversee all day-to-day upkeep of the buildings and grounds, execute approved annual budgets, and inspect employees and contractor's work. Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent and one year of experience. Must have a financial & management background as well as supervisory skills.
