Participants can earn minimum wage per hour up to 200 hours (Weatherization, Facilities and/or Office Work). Assist with resume, work readiness, finance, budgeting and career interests.
Eligibility:
- Ages 18-24 and a resident of Oneida County
- Out of school (not attending HS or college) and have an additional barrier (See below)
- School dropout
- Youth who is within the age of compulsory school attendance, but hasn’t attended school for at least the most recent complete school year calendar quarter
- Individual who is subject to the juvenile or adult justice system
- Homeless Individual
- Foster Care; aged out of Foster Care
- Individual who is pregnant or parenting?
- Youth who is an individual with a disability
