You have options! The Real Life Rosies™ program is New York’s first direct-entry program for women in advanced manufacturing. The program focuses on training women on a variety of skills that will help them grow professionally and offer opportunities for continuous development. Manufacturing offers a wide-range of opportunities in a variety of processes, including safety, CNC Machining, hand tool usage,robotics, and lean manufacturing.

• No cost to participate.
• Help with clothing and work supplies.
• Guaranteed job interviews with local
  companies.
• Earn while you learn! Up to $1,000 in
  stipends/incentives available when you
  reach milestones.
