M&P Community Services is hiring Mentor’s and Licensed Master/Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to Join our team and give back to the community.

We are proudly affiliated/contracted with the agency ICAN and have a great team of skilled workers that consist of Mentors, Behavior Managers, Community Psychiatric Support, and Mental Health Clinicians who provide quality support and therapy services to Youth/Families, and Adults throughout Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison County. Our main office is located in New Hartford, NY, but work locations vary based on role and individual client needs. You pick where your preferred location to work!

Opportunities:
· Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Opportunities connecting with individuals in your community who are in need of additional support and empowerment.
· Mentors- Providing Positive Experience, Self-Empowerment, and Skill Building Opportunities for youth/adults.
· Individual/Family Therapist- Can be provided in the home, community, or at the M&P Community Services Office Therapy services. (NYS Professional Licensure Required- LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
· Professional and/or Personal Experience working with Individuals with Mental Health Required. Don’t let this stop you from inquiring for you would be surprised what fits in this category!

Pay Rate:
Mentors/Behavior Managers $25.00-$30.00 Per Hour
Therapist $75.00-$90.00 Per Hour
Job Duties:
Provide Confidential Quality Support Taking a Strength Based Therapeutic Support to Youth and Adults Who Have a Mental Health Diagnoses
Collaborate With Other Service Providers as Needed
Psychoeducation
Submit Notes In A HIPPA Complaint Electronic Health Record
Participate in Treatment Team Meetings
Assist in Developing Individual Service Plans
Adhere to Client Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries
Must Have Working Computer With Both Internet & Chrome Access is Required
Must Have Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Access To A Safe Reliable Vehicle Is Required
