The State University of New York Office of Community Colleges and the Education Pipeline is seeking a personable, organized, and self-directed professional with strong skills in communication for the position of Apprenticeship Business Developer (ABD) in the expanded SUNY Apprenticeship Program. This position will report to the Director of Workforce Development. The primary role of the Apprenticeship Business Developer is to grow apprenticeships in manufacturing, healthcare and other non-construction sectors.  

This is a remote position that will service and travel within the North Country and Central NY regions. The counties covered are: Clinton, Franklin, St Lawrence, Essex, Hamilton, Lewis, Herkimer, Jefferson, Oswego, Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
