Adirondack Distilling Company is hiring full-time Seasonal Fulfillment/Assembly Workers in Oriskany, New York

Job Description:

*Accurately measure and fill 50 - 750 ml bottle sizes with spirits using the provided equipment and utensils.
*Visually inspect product as well as identify inaccuracies, product flaws or presence of sediment in the spirits.
*Safely operate bottle filler machine.
*Apply labels to bottles in a very precise and consistent manner.
*Record batch and bottle number neatly and legibly on bottle labels.
*Build boxes for bottle/product storage.
*Package and place boxes on pallet.
*Must perform cleaning and production breakdown duties as assigned.
*When in doubt, clarify assigned tasks with Production Manager or on-duty supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:
*Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
*Must be able to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently.
*Must be able to use all senses to ensure consistency and quality in the entire process.
*Must be able to operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in the job function.
*Must be able to use hands in precise and repetitive manner for 8-10 hours daily.
*Must be able to visually inspect product as well as identify inaccuracies and flaws.
*Must be able to accurately measure and fill liquids.
*Must be able to accurately package and place boxes on pallet.
*Must be able to use logical or rational thinking to solve problems.
*Must have good organizational skills and verbal communication skills.
*Must have good problem-solving skills.
*Must have good time management skills.
*Must be able to perform physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, rough, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift and grasp as needed for up to 10 hours a day.
*Must be able to sit and focus on a single task for up to 10 hours a day.

Educational, Development and Work-Related Experience:

*High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred.
*One or two years of training or equivalent experience in production assembly is preferred.

Required Work Habits:

*Must have regular attendance, team building, initiative, dependability and promptness.
*Must have the ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as needed. Working Conditions:
*Works primarily indoors in a spirits production environment.
*Possible exposure to sharp and rapid moving equipment and heavy objects.


Other Requirements:

*Must be at least 18 years old.
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
*Must be able to provide their own transportation.


Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Duration: Full Time, Temporary
Minimum Education Required: GED
