Transportation Programs Coordinator at the Parkway Center in Utica, NY!

The Parkway Center provides programs and services to older adults to keep them healthy, active and engaged.

“Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team in small but growing not for profit? The Parkway Center is seeking a Transportation Programs Coordinator.”

 

In this position you will provide program coordination for the Parkway Center’s volunteer transportation programs including Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Member Transportation, Trip Coordination, Way2Go On Demand and Way2Go One Click One Call Call Center, where you will assist people in getting to their destinations and troubleshoot transit issues. You will also engage volunteers to assist with transit programs.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience in Program Coordination
  • Excellent Computer and Technical skills, including database management
  • Excellent Communication/Customer Service skills
  • Valid & Clean NYS Driver’s License & own vehicle for travel
  • Ability to travel
  • Highly motivated
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
