EXPERIENCED TOOL AND DIE MAKER
Must be very experienced with:
- Tool and Die making equipment including digital & standard mills, surface grinder and metal lathes.
- Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting to determine repair needed, make parts, install parts, and return machine to operation.
- Motors & Electrical systems
- Air & pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of tool steel & heat treating • Ability to work on machines with tight tolerances of as little as .001 to .003.
- 4-Slide & 6-Slide production machines, coining machines, and presses • Programming for CNC wire forming machines
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Welding experience is a plus · References required
